The past 2 weeks my sister and I started a routine where every night we'll turn off all the lights, grad a blanket and some snacks, and then watch 1 or 2 Disney movies. We've watched several of them so far and I thought I would recommend my top 5 favorite Disney movies.
1) Lion King - This movie is the definition of a perfect throwback movie. It's cute and nostalgic, but with enough hidden jokes that you never got as a kid so it doesn't feel like your watching Dora the Explorer. It's also fun to watch all the movies at once because you get to see 3 generations of a family all trying to be solve their problems, of course while occasionally bursting into song, but no one's complaining.

2) Mulan- Magical creatures, dragons, bad-ass ninja training fightingish and it's a musical?!!? What more could you ask for?
4) Aladdin - I've only watched the first Aladdin so I can't really vouch for the other 2 (yes, there are 3,
I was surprised too), but the first one was...amazing, everything I expected from a Disney classic (BTW cool fact Aladdin is the 31st animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classic series).

3)Fox and the Hound - Probably the saddest, most heart breaking animated movie ever (other than spirit, but I'll get to that). This movie surrounds a fox and a hound who just want to be friends, but can't because by nature, they're enemies. This movie is perfect if you're in the mood for a good cry, but don't want to watch a cheesy romantic.
5) Lady and The Tramp - If you haven't seen Lady and the Tramp yet, I am sure you've seen the iconic picture of the two dogs sharing a spaghetti bowl somewhere on the internet before. To be honest that picture sums up the movie, kind of. It's an movie about two dogs falling innocently in love, but bump into some obstacles along the way.
So, those are my top 5 favorite Disney movies, but I had to give some shout outs to Bambi, The Aristocats and How to Train your Dragon. Although they didn't make it onto my list there pretty good. Oh! I also recommend a movie called Spirit, it's not a Disney movie, but could have fooled me. It was my all-time favorite movie growing up and it's definitely unique in many ways. If you ever have the chance to watch it I HIGHLY recommend it (btw you probably will want a tissue box or two if your gonna watch it).
Anyways, I hoped that inspired your movie bucket list or just helped you in anyway!!!
